A garden wedding can benefit of many elements that are present in a backyard by default. For example, a happy couple celebrating their wedding in a garden does not have to worry about flowers anymore, since they are already planted there, and also about creating a romantic atmosphere, when they can simply place some strings of lights in the trees exist in that garden, and create the most exquisite outdoor wedding venue there is.

Other ideas that can be considered by a couple planning a garden wedding is to incorporate nature in many other elements of the wedding, such as the wedding dress, wedding cake, floral centerpieces, table settings, wedding venue decorations and also church decorations. For instance, the bride could wear a green dress, emphasizing this way the love that she has for nature, the wedding cake could be adorned with actual flowers or with artificial flowers made from sugar, the wedding venue could be enhanced by the use of some solar powered butterflies, that have several blinking LEDs and the garden itself could take advantages from some gnomes, that are mostly encountered in case of Irish weddings.

And if the happy couple believes in old traditions, they will take care that those wedding decorations used at their wedding to represent something to their families and to themselves. They could use garlands made of hydrangeas, because one of their relatives used hydrangeas as well, at her wedding, or they could place mini figurines emphasizing frogs on their guest tables, because they consider that frogs bring good luck at any party where they are used.

And if they want to comply with today's regulations of Feng Shui, they should also take care for their wedding decorations to be placed in a certain manner, to unleash only positive energies.
